Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in creative agency dynamics, CRM, e-commerce, customer loyalty, and IT-related topics. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and technical expertise, capable of managing and delivering high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and the achievement of objectives to enhance customer engagement and improve results.
- Build strong personal relationships with clients, reinforcing and growing the agency's role in their business and fostering growth opportunities.
- Act as the liaison between the creative and technical teams within the agency, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
- Interact with our global team in English, establishing yourself as a trusted and reliable point of contact.
- Possess experience in the retail industry, with knowledge of Python and data management practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytics, including tools such as Databricks, Kibana, and Tableau
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and teams alike.
- Solid understanding of CRM, e-commerce, customer loyalty strategies, and IT systems.
- Experience working in the retail sector and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, including Databricks, Kibana, and Tableau.
