As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Work with the project team to establish clear manufacturing targets and ensure they are achieved throughout the project.

  • Collaborate with the team to define critical manufacturing tasks, focusing on specialized activities (e.g., assembly equipment) and cross-functional activities that impact multiple lines or departments.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure materials, resources, and equipment are delivered on schedule, addressing any potential delays.

  • Define key manufacturing milestones within the project timeline and ensure they are executed as planned, aligning with the overall project schedule.

  • Communicate daily with relevant departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, highlight potential risks or delays, and request support or resources as needed during decision-making meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Mininum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in SAP, including modules such as MCP, SNP, and THP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VBA macros, VLOOKUP, and complex data analysis.

  • Familiarity with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Experience with Smart Container systems and related tools.

  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
