Position Overview
sa.global is looking for a driven Project Manager, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, to accelerate our growth by delivering quality projects and building strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be fully accountable for financial management, management and delivery of scope, timeline and quality. You will orchestrate a broad range of metrics to attain Key Performance Indicators, through others, proactively managing risks and issues, including recovery efforts and resolving escalations across projects. Main Responsibilities
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope, and budget
• Develop Projects Scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable
• Resource planning and allocation - delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
• Serve as primary contact for client enquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies
• Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences
• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management
Skills and Experience
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Enterprise Business Application implementations (previous experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master/Product Owner is desirable)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Time management and negotiation skills are required
• Experience with and demonstrated knowledge of at least one PM tool (MS Project, Visual Studio, JIRA, etc.)
• Experience with Scrum (or other Agile approaches) is a plus
• Understanding of ERP / CRM implementation methodologies is a plus – ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O/CE
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business-related field preferred
