Agency Services, a forward-thinking marketing and advertising agency renowned for our commitment to innovation, is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in ClickUp to join our team. In this dual role, you will not only manage projects but also lead the implementation of ClickUp across our organization, ensuring that our teams are aligned and working efficiently.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Your deep knowledge of ClickUp will enable you to customize the platform to meet our specific project management needs, create workflows, and provide training and support to team members on how best to utilize ClickUp for their tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about project management and technology, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of ClickUp, including setting up workspaces, tasks, and automations tailored to our team’s workflow.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members to ensure effective use of ClickUp.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated with ClickUp features and best practices, incorporating them into our project management processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in ClickUp, including experience with setup, customization, and user training.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing project challenges.
  • Familiarity with marketing or advertising project workflows is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
