About the team

Mining DataCenter is one of Bitdeer’s business verticals. Historically the team can be traced back to 2013 when it began providing specialized services for facility design, construction, maintenance, and general one-stop technical support. Currently we have 5 fully compliant datacenters around the world. Since 2013, we have been working on refining the DataCenter side of the business and constantly enriching our experience within the industry. As of today, our team has built 30+ DataCenters around the world. We are also currently running 5 DataCenters of our own, one of which is one of the largest in North America.Our DataCenter service includes:

• site research and reporting
• collaborative development
• site construction (design, construction and renovation)
• miner logistics (shipping, customs declaration and clearance)
• miner operation
• miner repairs

Bitdeer Inc. is searching for an accomplished, experienced Electrical Engineer with experience in Low, Medium and High Voltage, with the passion and motivation to contribute to innovative, industry-leading projects. The electrical engineer will collaborate with a variety of colleagues across project teams and other departments. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who finds pragmatic solutions for technical challenges. This position will be reporting to General Manager of US Datacenter Business.

What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for developing and managing projects and their cost, time, scope, goals and deliverables

• Contribute and/or build a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement and lead discovery activities to gather, define, and document business requirements
  
• Work closely with data center, construction and other teams to ensure sound solution design directly related to business requirements, processes and scopes
  
• Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle
  
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
  
• Monitor and report on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
• Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager for a mid-to-large sized organization or ability to demonstrate solid understanding and proficiency.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
• Ability to effectively communicate relevant subject matter to both business and technical teams.
• Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and effectively manage multiple priorities at a time.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Project
