The Role:

We’re looking for a Project Manager, who lives and breathes technology and seeks to be in the center of everything. Someone who thrives in working with and supporting teams reaching for the stars while balancing the ever-present iron triangle of project management. 


You will be at the center of everything directly working with a technical team. You will work with many other experienced, driven, multi-disciplinary professionals to assist in delivering experience-driven projects across a variety of platforms for a diverse client base. Communication is key. You will amplify the voices and needs of your team while ensuring they are getting the communication they need from others. All while managing schedules, risks, and evolving requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams as a Scrum Master utilizing sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups
  • Breakdown road-map into clearly defined stories and maintain ownership, timely delivery and accountability of their execution
  • Define, track & refine key agile metrics to monitor team & work velocity
  • Manage the overall team efficiency and use your experience to improve production methodologies, organizational processes, as well as identify and monitor relevant vulnerabilities, associated risk
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, customized dashboards, consolidated schedules, and presentations for project status meetings
  • Follow change management process to capture change requests, communicate impact, request stakeholder decisions, and execute changes, if applicable
  • Manages day-to-day business interactions and escalates when appropriate while developing trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a technical project manager, with proven track record of released software products and/or commercially-released games
  • Knowledge and experience driving projects using Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and experience working in Jira and Confluence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting positive morale in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project planning skills and ability to find creative solutions to daily challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills and being able to lead by example
  • Able to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

Would be Nice:

  • Experience working with VR/AR content and understanding what makes them unique
  • Experience with mobile development
  • Certification as a Scrum Master or in PMP
