What you will be doing
At Roland Berger we differentiate ourselves by listening carefully to our clients and working intensively with them on tailor-made solutions. You are responsible for analyzing business challenges, developing data-driven recommendations, and guiding clients in implementing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and achieve long-term objectives. You will be working for national and international clients from a variety of different industries and often will report to senior management.
As a Project Manager at Roland Berger you will:

Manage complex projects and be ultimately responsible for large projects (staffed typically with more than three consultants).

Lead client meetings at the level of senior management.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Coach the team members in your project teams.

Devise and lead one or more office-wide projects.

Do you recognize yourself in the following qualifications, competencies and skills?

You have completed an academic university education (i.e. WO).

You have at least seven years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic and/or operational roles at a large company or in the public sector (experience in retail, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), agribusiness, energy, utilities, circularity, life sciences, healthcare, chemicals, industrial products and services, technology, media and telecom (TMT), mobility, automotive, investor support or financial services is a plus).

You have leadership potential and extensive experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members.

You are familiar with/experienced in (financial) modeling (Microsoft Excel), visualizing presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) and storytelling.

You can think analytically and structure arguments clearly.

You work with precision.

You are open-minded.

You have good oral, written and presentation skills and an excellent command of English and Dutch.

Application process
The application process consists of three parts. Firstly, a selective cognitive assessment that is conducted online and monitored via Microsoft Teams. If you complete the assessment with a satisfactory result, you will be invited to the First round of interviews. This round includes two case interviews and a personal interview.
Following a positive outcome from these interviews, candidates will progress to the Final Day. The Final Day involves two (case) interviews with different Partners and/or Principals, as well as a written case with a presentation component. At the conclusion of the Final Day, you will receive feedback on the outcome of your application process.
