We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in infrastructure projects to oversee various construction initiatives for a key client in the entertainment and tourism industry. This role requires multitasking capabilities to successfully lead multiple building projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements. Occasional visits to the project site location will also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different locations, including client IT team members and subcontractors, to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to verify compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or challenges.
Hard Skills - Must have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure or construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, track, and manage project activities.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in deploying IT infrastructure solutions.
- Flexibility to visit the project sites.
