What You’ll Do…

Relocity is seeking a Technical Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of new features and enhancements within our SaaS solutions. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of technical projects and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in project management, coupled with a strong technical understanding of our product offerings. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating with senior engineering teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role reports to the Chief Technical Officer.

How You’ll Do It…

  • Project Management Expertise: Leverage proven experience in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Apply a solid understanding of SaaS solutions and technical concepts related to product offerings to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, and customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain visibility and transparency through clear communication channels (e.g., Slack) and proactively involve relevant parties in discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Sprint Planning & Management: Collaborate on sprint planning to define goals, prioritize tasks, and estimate effort. Run scrum meetings and manage task boards while driving execution with detailed tracking, including burn-down charts to visualize progress.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress using various metrics, such as velocity and completion rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders on project timelines and scope changes.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects current project needs and stakeholder priorities while supporting the team in task allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Retrospectives & Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-sprint retrospectives to evaluate team performance, gather insights on what went well and what can be improved, and implement feedback for future sprints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project, including coordinating testing and validation processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage team resources effectively to ensure tasks are appropriately staffed and workloads are balanced, optimizing team performance.
  • Dynamic Environment & Continuous Learning: Thrive in a dynamic environment by maintaining clear communication and demonstrating patience. Show curiosity by continuously learning about the product and adapting to new challenges. Emphasize timely delivery and high-quality results while effectively managing stakeholder expectations


What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on delivering SaaS product solutions.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in developing detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, and adept at monitoring progress and adapting plans as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical concepts related to product offerings, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Tenacity & Results Orientation: A proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to driving projects to completion and delivering high-quality results, even in the face of challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, product & engineering teams, and customers
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to maintain visibility and transparency through clear communication channels (e.g., Slack) and proactively involve relevant parties in discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Sprint Planning & Management: Experience in collaborating on sprint planning, managing task boards, and driving execution with detailed tracking, prioritization, and follow-through. Proficient in running scrum meetings to facilitate team collaboration and ensure project alignment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Drive for effective tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Dynamic Environment & Continuous Learning: Thrive in a dynamic environment by maintaining clear communication through channels like Slack and demonstrating patience. Show curiosity by continuously learning about the product and adapting to new challenges. Emphasize timely delivery and high-quality results while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration is preferred. Professional project manager certification preferred

Pay Range: $140000 plus Bonus
