Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for external customers throughout the software implementation process.
- Guide customers through each project phase, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Demonstrate cultural and business etiquette suited for North American customers.
- Internal Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA specialists, and support staff, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain alignment between contractual obligations and project deliverables.
- Facilitate team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and weekly deliverables.
- Track progress against the plan, addressing deviations promptly and maintaining transparency with all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Deliver top-notch communication in English (native or near-native proficiency) through written reports, presentations, and verbal interactions.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status, risks, and accomplishments.
- Customer Success Focus:
- Foster long-term relationships with customers by delivering value and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
- Provide feedback to improve internal processes and future customer engagements.
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in software implementation.
- Strong track record of working with external customers, guiding them through complex projects.
- Experience managing internal teams to meet contractual and project requirements.
- Exceptional English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency).
- Familiarity with working with North American customers and understanding of their business practices.
- Expertise in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
