Project Manager

Let's start with the role 

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Project Manager to coordinate our internal resources in the execution of high-value strategic projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role is based in Athens, Greece, reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Manage project teams of 25+ internal people; coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members;
• Determine and define project scope and objectives; gather requirements and acquire sign-off;
• Facilitate converting the high-level project scope and its objectives into actionable tasks;
• Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress & timelines; identify and resolve issues to ensure project success;
• Identify resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines; utilize project plans and schedules to monitor all activities;
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and upper management about progress, risks/ issues, adjustments, and mitigating actions;
• Utilize best practices and Online gaming knowledge throughout project execution to continuously improve deliverables;
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Development, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Service, and other Internal teams throughout the project;
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization;
• Organize and deliver project lessons learned.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of project management experience or roles overseeing team delivery flow, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and maintaining inter-team alignment;
• Experience in online gaming will be considered an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills;
• Proven knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices;
• Strong familiarity with PM Tools (e.g. MS Project, Wrike, GanttPro, Asana), MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis, including analyzing and implementing business applications and/or deploying complex systems will be considered an advantage;
• Capable of handling complexity, possess a strong bias for action, and have the capability to focus and prioritize to execute effectively & efficiently;
• Solid organizational skills including collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong stakeholder management;
• Strong presentation skills. Comfortable with presenting to executives and senior key stakeholders;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be considered an advantage.
