The Project Manager will work with the Asia team and HQ side to coordinate Fit and Wear testing/Centric PLM tasks and follow up on product related challenges with HQ team. The PM will also support Development team in Asia with BOM creation and or changes in the BOM.

To establish a seamless communication with HQ team, establish basic Fit testing for FW in Asia and coordinates wear testing with HQ team. Centric will be a key role since the HQ capabilities for Centric in Development are not longer exist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and follow up on seasonal Fit testing in Vietnam.
• Organize on time Wear testing with respective development team in Asia and ship to HQ!
• Follow up with HQ on Fit and Wear testing to ensure the feedback will be on time to move forward in the process.
• Coordinate teams call with testers in Europe and Asia team to get first-hand information for improvements when wear testing is completed.
• Ensure all related topics with PLM/ Centric will be followed up and coordinated with Asia / HQ team.
• Ensure changes and first data entering in Centric system will be done and on time to ensure the process will be smooth.
• Follow up on product related issues with Product team in HQ to have an alignment between Asia/ HQ

COMPETENCIES, WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Basic shoe knowledge
• Establish workflows and processes.
• Strong knowledge about PLM systems and Centric
• Completed studies in Business Administration or similar
• 5 years of professional or related experience and several years in a comparable position
• Follow through mentality and team player
• Ability to roll out new processes with little support.
• Strong sense of follow up deadline keeping.
• Strong communication
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Open mindset and positive attitude
• Solutions oriented
• Ability to work in a group of diverse team mates
