Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Product Owner to join our team. This hybrid role will be crucial in managing projects from conception through implementation while also taking ownership of the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and product ownership, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Product Ownership:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Gather and analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and deliver high-quality SaaS products.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the product vision aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features to improve user experience and drive adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and product ownership, preferably within the automotive or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
  • Experience with automotive CRM, ERP, or other industry-specific software solutions.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms.

Compensation: $69,000-$90,000
