Your Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership : Execute projects in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.

• Capital Projects : Lead and oversee capital Projects across various DuPont businesses, primarily in Korea (with a focus on Cheonan), following guidance from the project steering team

• Team Development : Build and develop a core project team with support from global business engineering functions, and contracted engineering firms.

• Planning and Oversight : Plan, design, estimate time and costs and supervise the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components.

• Resource Management : Prioritizes tasks, implement staffing plans, and manage budgets to ensure effective technology delivery.

• Complex Problem Solving : Handle complex tasks of requiring a deep understanding of policies and practices.

Your Qualifications:

• Safety and Regulations : in depth understanding of global safety policy and Korea regulations & trends in depth understanding of global safety policy and Korea regulations & trends

• Experience:

At least 5 years as a project manager, construction manager, or project engineer in plant construction, OR

At least 10 years as a plant engineer (Chemical or Mechanical) or manufacturing engineer in Electronic material business.

• Project Processes : Proficient in Capital Project Processes such as Front End Loading, Project Execution, Project Controls.

• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in English

• Teamwork and Leadership : A collaborative team player with leadership qualities, open mindset, and excellent listening skills. Flexible, independent and able to handle stress effectively.

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a creative, innovative approach to problem solving

• Cross Cultural Awareness : Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

• Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, proactive learner with strong planning, organizing and influencing skills. Capable of managing project milestones and deadlines.
