Analytica is seeking a remote Project Manager to manage a high-profile initiative for a federal client. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to implement agile methodologies and practices for application design and development.

Responsibilities include:
- Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projects
- Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
- Collaborate with people across wide levels and roles to educate on Agile principles, best practices, and tools to implement for improved workflows and successful product deliverables. This includes providing hands-on support to senior leaders, Scrum team members, and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Active IRS MBI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in relative field
- 5 years of experience leading complex projects and programs for software applications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment
- Experience with full lifecycle agile program management
- Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate
- CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
