The Project Manager will be an active and responsible member of the InvestorFlow Services team. This resource will be scoping & managing the Services implementation of InvestorFlow Products, as well as internal efforts. Activities include (not limited to):scoping implementations, develop & manage project implementations, budgets and staffing resources.
You Will:
- Scope, plan and implement internal & client facing projects.
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Collect and manage project team.
- Manage the project budget.
- Allocate project resources.
- Create a project schedule and timeline.
- Support and direct team.
- Lead quality assurance.
- Report on the project status.
- Risk Management
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
You Have:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English speaking language is required.
- Skilled team player with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential, collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment at all levels of a global organization.
- Ability to be “quick learner” of business processes and related technologies supported through InvestorFlow.
- An enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated professional who is visibly passionate about driving client success.
- Strong focus on execution.
- Team player – someone who is able to work with a diverse team globally.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in participating in implementation projects.
- A PMP certification is a plus.
