JOB PURPOSE:

McCain's Agriculture function is undergoing a digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to Join the Technology team to work with the Digital Agriculture transformation product Owner and Technology teams to develop the project plan and coordinate teams to successfully execute.
This global transformation project is taking place across multiple markets so you will interact with the Global Digital Transformation Business Team, the Technology team, Regional digital leads, Change teams and partners we work with to delivery our project agenda
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning:


    • Develop and articulate a clear digital transformation strategy in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize digital initiatives based on business impact and ROI.


  1. Project Coordination & Governance:


    • Ensure activity occurs in alignment with the agreed operating model and ways of working including Agile practices where applicable
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the overall project goals.
    • Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, regional digital leads and Global project leads to define project scopes, timelines, resource requirements and deliverables.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of each workstream, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
    • Monitor, track, and report on SOW contract deliverable and manage contract renewals with all Third Parties providing services to the Project
    • Support the Preparation, coordinate and host the Project governance meetings including Steerco, Work Stream status updates
    • Manage Financial Budget in partnership with the Digital Ag Technology leadership and engage and near and long term planning, value capture & realization - partnering with Finance Lead for execution


  1. Stakeholder Management:


    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and support for the digital transformation project.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in partnership with Change Management to provide updates, address concerns, and gather input for decision-making.
    • Help drive alignment across Digital Ag workstreams, Business & Technology Stakeholders, and with wider enterprise Digital initiatives


  1. Resource Allocation:


    • Work closely with resource managers to ensure the appropriate allocation of human and financial resources to support the successful execution of the project.
    • Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines and objectives.


  1. Risk Management:


    • Identify potential risks and issues related to the digital transformation project and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
    • Establish a robust risk management framework and monitor its effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.


  1. Quality Assurance:


    • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the defined standards and specifications.
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the success of the digital transformation initiatives.


KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years Experience managing global projects and digital transformation
  • In-depth knowledge of program and project management methods and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
  • Proficiency in various project / program management software,
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
