The Role

Dew Software, a leading digital transformation company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Dew Software, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex technology projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, create project plans, and oversee the execution of project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
  • Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders
  • Track project budget and financials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Lead project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project management or any other science discipline or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the medical device sector or a similarly regulated industry.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage both onsite and offshore teams effectively and to engage onsite with a diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in both independent and collaborative team settings.
