Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Classy Llama, you will be a strategic and visionary leader in our project management function. Your role will involve managing the agency's largest and most complex e-commerce projects, driving revenue growth, and developing the agency's project management capabilities.
Your superior communication abilities will be vital in maintaining regular contact with clients, helping them develop their project roadmaps, and providing strategic guidance.
Your role will go beyond task management, as you will be expected to provide thought leadership when necessary.
Remember, you are not expected to “do it all” or “know it all,” as your team will partner with you to meet client success factors and secure wins.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management best practices and processes across the agency
- Manage the agency's largest and most complex e-commerce projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budget
- Lead project teams and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements and quality standards of our clients
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients
- Develop and mentor project management staff, including providing guidance and coaching to junior project managers
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and agency leadership
Required Skills, Abilities and Characteristics:Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce agency
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
Soft Skills:
- Superior verbal and non-verbal communication abilities
- Robust planning, organizational and time management skills
Nice to haves:
- Scrum Master or other Agile Certification is a plus.
- PMP or CAPM Certification is a bonus.
Organizational Alignment:
- Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Management, consults with the Director regarding projects as needed for support or insight, and will escalate issues to the President as necessary throughout the project life-cycle.
- The development team will vary by client, team members are assigned to clients that are the best possible fit.
