We’re looking for our next Project Manager to join the Video Production Team in Chile. And just who are we? About the job

  • Define video production project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate video production team members to achieve project goals.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Optimize team performance through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on project progress and key metrics.
  • Conduct retrospective reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvement initiatives.

About you

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or other similar.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're a team player. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience with edtech companies.
  • Previous experience working on remote teams and with multicultural colleagues.
