Job Description
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong Oracle ERP Applications hands on experience to design and present/sell the solutions self.
- Solid Oracle ERP implementation/support experience, handson as well as Project Lead/Manager.
- 7 to 10 End to Oracle ERP Implementations experience, as SME as well as Project Lead/Manager.
- Solid SME skills in EBS functional areas and technologies.
- Lead large/long Implementation Projects.
- Solid Client Facing/Stake Holders and Escalation/Expectation Management experience.
- Solid experience in Month, Quarter and Year Closure.
- Solid experience in Technical aspects of Oracle ERP, not just Functional.
- Solid experience in at least 3 Industries Business Processes and Practices.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities
- Manage Day to Day deliverables and ensure milestones are executed with schedule adherence
- Plan resource ramp up/downs appropriately for execution of engagements
- Understand the overall scope of the engagement and effectively plan the execution steps/methodologies.
- Identify proactively the risks and work on mitigation plans
- Escalate to next level of management in the event of any risk to the project
- Manage customer expectations around scope and call out any scope creek during execution effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- Be a mentor/role model for the team members and assist them in carrying out their job duties and maintain good working culture and relationship within the team
- Ensure the represent the status of the engagement by creating a structured WSR and responsible to conduct MBR & QBR.
- Solid experience in IT Governance, ITIL, Internal Controls and SOX/SOD.
- Solid experience in SDLC for large waterfall model implementation projects.
- Solid experience prioritizing/delivering Support, Enhancements and Projects with same team.
- Solid People Management skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Solid slide pack making and presenting skills.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have: - A Bachelor’s Degree - Three years operations and management experience; Process transformation experience required - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues - Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives - Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
