岗位职责
- 项目的�周期管理：需求澄�、排期、执行、监控、变更管理、发布上线、收尾，对项目顺利交付负责；
- 负责项目管理的标准化流程落地及过程改进；
- 发现并解决项目中的风险及问题，给出合理化建议，并积极推动组织�部的流程改进和效率提升。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上相�行业研发类项目管理经验，能够独立应对项目的管理工作；
- �备一定的项目管理技能：调研分析，复杂项目分解规划，风险识别及应对，协调资源推进，组织虚拟团队等；
- 有较强的快速学习能力和自我驱动能力，熟悉常见软件开发流程、IT等相�知识；
- �有较强的团队合作意识和管理能力，工作主动、有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，有较强的抗压能力和良好的职业道德；
- 通过PMP、CSM认证�优�。
