Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage Agile projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project delivery, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fully remote, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and ensure Scrum best practices are followed

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies

• Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals

• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders for requirement clarity and prioritization

• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders

• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager

• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in night shift

• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
