Job Description:
The Project Manager is a hands-on project management and business analysis role responsible for translating business objectives into executable change. Based within the Go-to-Market Technology vertical, the role leads cross-functional initiatives spanning sales and service teams, technology and data. The successful candidate will combine disciplined delivery management with hands-on technical business analysis: defining business outcomes, analysing current-state processes and capabilities, eliciting and documenting requirements, identifying dependencies and risks, and coordinating implementation through an appropriate delivery approach. Experience delivering change within a go-to-market ecosystem and a regulated industry, ideally banking, asset or wealth management, is preferred.
Years of Experience
8+ years of experience delivering business, technology or transformation initiatives, including substantial hands-on project management and business analysis responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience performing both project management and business analysis within the same role.
- Experience delivering simultaneous SaaS-based and internally developed projects through hybrid teams comprising in-house associates and external vendors, with clear accountability for outcomes, dependencies, quality and knowledge transfer.
- Practical experience applying agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methods, selecting the approach appropriate to the initiative.
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery, support business analysis, improve decision-making and embed sustainable change, with appropriate attention to data security, governance and responsible use.
- Experience using delivery and analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro or equivalent; relevant PM, BA or agile qualifications are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex go-to-market technology initiatives, from discovery and planning through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Define business outcomes, scope and delivery approach; maintain integrated plans and proportionate governance while actively managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resources.
- Support technology and business roadmaps, facilitating prioritisation, sequencing and trade-off decisions based on strategic value, capacity, dependencies and delivery risk.
- Partner with technology domain experts, development managers and delivery teams to shape solutions, coordinate execution and remove barriers to successful delivery.
- Work with business subject-matter experts and enablement teams to understand needs, define requirements and processes, and ensure changes are successfully embedded and adopted.
- Lead hands-on business analysis, translating needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution options and implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, data, information security, risk, compliance and external partners, using agile, waterfall or hybrid methods as appropriate.
- Oversee testing, business readiness, communications, training, launch and post-implementation review, measuring adoption, operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Structured and analytical, with the ability to investigate ambiguity, identify root causes and turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Able to move confidently between detailed business analysis and practical delivery management.
- Credible with senior leaders and effective when working with operational, commercial, technical, data, risk and compliance teams.
- Skilled at facilitating decisions, constructively challenging assumptions and influencing across functions without relying on formal authority.
- Strong written, verbal, workshop-facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Comfortable prioritising competing demands and maintaining momentum in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and accountable for outcomes rather than activity, with sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong appreciation of technical systems, data, operational processes and controls within a regulated environment.
Core Values
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet frequent deadlines,
- Demonstrated a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong judgment and decision-making capability.
- Highly resourceful and collaborative team player, with the ability to also be independently effective and exude initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Exemplifies our customer-focused, action-oriented, results-driven culture.
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities, has a desire for continuous learning, and proposes solutions.
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Dedicated to the firm’s values of non-negotiable integrity, valuing our people, exceeding client expectations, and embracing intellectual curiosity and rigour.
Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated project management and business analysis experience within the same role
