Seal Dynamics is currently hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement across the company.
On-site in Hauppauge, Long Island, NY. This is not a remote or hybrid position, and it is not a contract role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Purpose: The Project Manager role will act as the vital bridge connecting cross-functional teams across Seal Dynamics, including Operations, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to lead strategic projects and ensure program execution, contract compliance, and on-time delivery to commercial and defense aerospace customers using Continuous Improvement Methodologies. The role converts business KPIs into project plans, aligns stakeholders, manages risks and resources, and drives projects through successful completion.
Preferred QualificationsDuties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage aerospace distribution projects and programs from initiation through closeout, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and stakeholder communications
- Translate strategic goals into work plans with clear ownership, measurable outcomes and clear deadlines
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to define requirements and deliverables to meet and/or exceed business KPIs
- Lead Kaizens, Continuous Improvement workshops and cross-functional problem-solving sessions that translate business needs into practical implementation plans
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods or Kaizen Tools to identify root causes, eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process performance
- Define, monitor, and communicate Seal Dynamics, NY, KPIs that measure project health, operational performance, and adoption
- Work alongside Data Scientist to create dashboards to provide visibility into forecasts, trends, risks, and results
- Partner with business leaders, process owners, technical teams, and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, secure decisions, and maintain alignment
- Support adoption of project(s) implementation by tracking the project benefits and developing corrective actions alongside stakeholders when performance differs from target to ensure Continuous Improvement mindset
- Prepare and present to senior leadership and staff project management statuses - project dashboards, presentations, and reports

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
- Active PMP certification (or PRINCE2) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are highly desirable; Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a related industry is preferred
- Experience developing KPIs and using data to guide decisions and verify results
- Experience with ERPs, enterprise system implementations, digital transformation, or business process improvement is preferred
- Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with defined scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes

Physical Demands / Environmental Factors of the Position:
