Core Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and value realization aligned with government priorities and strategic outcomes.
- Translate business & user requirements, and policies into scalable product capabilities, integrated solutions, and prioritized product roadmaps.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle using modern product management practices, Agile, Lean, DevSecOps, and continuous discovery and delivery approaches, from ideation through delivery, adoption, optimization, and evolution.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on customer insights, analytics, business value, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, legal, procurement, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to design and deliver secure, scalable, and integrated products.
- Champion cloud-native, API-first, secure-by-design, and reusable platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with cloud migration, data management, sovereignty, cybersecurity, and government compliance requirements.
- Embed AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics into product capabilities, including defining AI use cases, governance frameworks, responsible AI controls, and ROI measurement
- Lead modernization initiatives, including legacy platform assessment, rationalization, and decommissioning aligned with technology strategy and value realization objectives.
- Manage vendors, budgets, risks, procurement activities, and executive reporting to ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive enterprise adoption, change management, stakeholder engagement, and measurable benefits realization across government entities.
- Monitor and improve product performance where deemed necessary, through KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, adoption metrics, utilization optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional product teams that advance innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Support co-creation labs, innovation ecosystems, and public-private partnerships to accelerate innovation, validate emerging solutions, and enhance product capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, information systems, or a related digital discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant product or project management certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, with 3+ years leading enterprise-scale or government platforms.
- Proven experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based, and SaaS products within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and MLOps concepts.
- Experience applying modern product management practices, including Agile, Scrum, OKRs, Design Thinking, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, information systems, or a related digital discipline
- Master's degree
- Relevant product or project management certifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product management
- At least 3 years leading enterprise-scale or government platforms
- Experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based, and SaaS products in complex enterprise environments
