Position Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing the cross-functional effort to deliver high priority, complex projects. The role is predominantly focused on the development of new products or complex change to existing products. The Project Manager works closely with the entire cross functional team to deliver business results.
This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of multiple new product development projects occurring simultaneously through the MAGIC process.
- Create project plans and timelines and deliverables to document scope, requirements, feasibility and risks for individual projects.
- Define key milestones and risks where decisions are needed and manage the cross-functional team and business processes to ensure decisions are made on time.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of internal metrics and hold cross-functional teams accountable to the achievement of key results.
- Manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
Process Management
- Capture and maintain project data in the Product Lifecycle Management system to ensure team members can access current/latest project information.
- Develop and track key performance measures and design and implement process changes to improve performance as needed and agreed.
- Facilitate consistent and productive communications between cross-functional team members and/or stakeholders, ensuring relevant and productive outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge:
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving initiative and capabilities
- Understanding of internal functional roles within a corporate and manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Hands-on experience managing projects with multiple parties and complex timelines
- Experience with complex, multi-channel business in a fast-moving CPG environment
- Cross-functional team management, demonstrating ability to collaborate with others to drive results, with regular interaction with Senior Management Team
- New product development/commercialization, brand management or supply chain management experience in CPG industry (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree – Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Formal project management training and/or education
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $99,000.00-$127,000.00

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
