JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Project Manager with 8–15 years of experience to lead cross-functional and technology-enabled business initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end project execution across strategy, planning, delivery, stakeholder alignment, change management, and value realization. Will be responsible for supporting key global projects under Strategic Initiates.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a practical understanding of technology, enabling them to partner effectively with business teams, product managers, all stakeholders, and external vendors. This person should be able to translate business needs into structured execution plans and lead complex programs from concept through implementation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring timely update of Service Excellence Framework Education modules & maintenance of SEF Playbooks by the Service owners etc., tracking of SEF Wave & Review calendars, follow-up on action items, de-brief sessions etc.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects across functions
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, governance, risks, and success metrics
• Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Drive cross-functional coordination across business teams, technology teams, data teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into actionable workstreams in collaboration with technical teams
• Facilitate project governance forums, decision-making discussions, and executive updates
• Monitor project progress against scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations, and proactively address risks and issues
• Support business case tracking, benefits realization, and post-implementation review
• Create clarity in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Promote ways of working that improve delivery excellence, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7 years of relevant experience in project management, program management, digital transformation, or managing business initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving digital, data, systems, automation, or AI-related work
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices
• Working knowledge of technology concepts such as system integrations, data flows, platforms, analytics, automation, AI use cases, and software delivery lifecycle
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent
• Experience with project portfolio tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Exposure to change management, process improvement, or product delivery practices
