Miles McClellan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and team performance while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager serves as a key liaison between clients, project teams, and field leadership to drive successful project outcomes and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do- Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Oversee project progress, financial performance, quality standards, and schedule compliance.
- Partner with Superintendents to support successful field execution and jobsite safety.
- Manage change orders, risk mitigation, cost control, and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent Miles McClellan in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and safety requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Experience successfully managing commercial construction projects ranging from small renovations to projects valued up to $25 million.
- Strong understanding of project estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience leading project teams and supporting the development of direct reports.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
