- Managing HVAC construction projects from initiation through to completion
- Maintaining full responsibility for project budgets, cost control, invoicing, forecasting, and financial performance
- Managing procurement of equipment and materials
- Negotiating and managing subcontractors and supplier relationships
- Programming and coordinating project activities to meet delivery timeframes
- Identifying, pricing, negotiating and managing project variations
- Managing project commissioning activities, including testing, balancing, demonstrations, handover and operating manuals
- Ensuring all project activities are completed in accordance with WHS legislation, company procedures and site-specific safety requirements
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and schedules
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Driving project quality, compliance and customer satisfaction outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the HVAC construction industry
- Previous experience managing HVAC construction projects or construction sites
- Strong financial management and cost-control experience
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, subcontractors and procurement activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Sound understanding of construction project delivery and commissioning processes
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and priorities
- Full working rights in Australia – essential
- Current Driver's Licence – essential
