We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting strategic business objectives, government programs, and technology development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects through the full lifecycle while coordinating stakeholders, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), Department of War (DoW), government-funded programs, national security programs, and/or defense technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, finance, contracts, and executive leadership teams.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and prepare executive-level reporting.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support proposal development, project startup activities, and transition-to-execution planning.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement project management best practices.
  • Monitor financial performance including project budgets, burn rates, forecasts, and earned value metrics where applicable.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Program Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC).
  • Experience with DOW, Federal Government, or government contracting programs.
  • Knowledge of government acquisition processes and contract management.
  • Experience working within technology, aerospace, defense, cybersecurity, or advanced manufacturing organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects involving security, compliance, or classified environments.
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
