Lamboo Medical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support key operational and business initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at partnering with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from planning and kickoff through execution, delivery, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure alignment across departments
  • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Manage project scope changes, schedules, budgets, and resources through established processes
  • Track project costs and budget performance while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, action item logs, meeting notes, decision records, and status reports
  • Coordinate customer requirements, approvals, installation activities, and project acceptance activities as applicable
  • Partner with suppliers and Supply Chain teams to monitor material availability, lead times, and vendor deliverables
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and communication

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, commercial construction, engineering, automation, industrial, or related environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple departments
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resource planning
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, medical device industry, or similar setting
  • PMP certification or progress toward certification
  • Experience managing equipment, engineering, manufacturing, product development, or installation projects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ERP systems, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of project budgeting, change management, and cost tracking
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
