We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities and support the successful execution of business initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing processes, resources, performance, and cross-functional activities to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem-solver who can translate business objectives into actionable plans, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and effective business performance.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Lead, coach, and support employees while establishing performance expectations and accountability.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, costs, and service levels and provide regular performance reporting.
- Identify operational challenges and develop corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal controls.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, purchasing, and resource utilization as appropriate.
- Investigate operational issues, resolve escalated problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, records, and standard operating procedures.
- Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives by translating business objectives into operational plans.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, processes, and operational performance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and business/operations management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership and change-management experience.
- Experience with data analysis and operational reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
