Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, quality standards, contractor coordination, and statutory compliance while ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using project management tools to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-related challenges, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory approvals, and company quality standards.
- Review contractor bills, project progress, material planning, and procurement schedules.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS reports, progress reports, and project updates to management.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project coordination teams to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate project handover activities and ensure timely closure of project deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Hands-on experience in both Mivan and Conventional Construction systems is mandatory.
- Experience in managing residential and commercial high-rise projects will be preferred.
- Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, BOQs, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and construction best practices.
