Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the VA's AI Citizen Developer Ecosystem (TOPR 0049), a large-scale initiative within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) aimed at expanding artificial intelligence and low-code/no-code development capabilities across the federal healthcare enterprise. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and federal agency leadership. You bring a structured yet adaptive working style, a commitment to accountability, and a passion for modernizing healthcare through technology.

- Facilitate regular program reviews, stakeholder briefings, and working sessions with VHA leadership, contracting officers, and cross-functional teams to report ogress, surface risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Monitor program-level budget, schedule, and performance baselines across the full project lifecycle, proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective action plans to keep deliverables on track.
- Coordinate onboarding, tasking, and performance oversight of contractor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) deployed across VHA program areas, ensuring proper alignment of skills to mission needs and compliance with contract terms.
