JD for Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have good communication, administration skills
- Will be single point contact with client and other stake holders of the project.
- Should have previous experience in Industrial projects preferably chemical plants
- Assist to client for finalizing contractor, material vendor.
- To guide team from constructability issue during design phase.
- Monitoring project with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Co coordinating meeting with contractor for review of progress and site issue.
- Attending meeting with client for discussing progress of project.
- Monitoring the Progress w.r.t schedule.
- Keeping track record of increasing of quantity w.r.t BOQ and same to inform the client for amendment.
- Implementation of EHS plan through EHS Lead
- Implementation of Construction Quality System through Quality team & ensuring the compliance.
- Fortnightly Backlog & look ahead plans, Construction Schedule Review & take necessary steps (Catch up plan) to meet the critical Activities deadlines.
- Conduct regular site review meetings with Contractor’s and CM team.
- Conducting daily meeting at construction site for instructions and SHE adherence and work Permits
- Co-ordinate with Offshore PM & EM for design related queries
- Update all the stake holders regarding site status through regular progress updates
- Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues.
- Perform Active Change Management towards the client or contractors in terms of contract deviations
- Monitor site activities and temporary site facilities as well as assist the enforcement of statutory and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site
- Good communication and management skills

- resolving inter disciplinary conflicts by providing sequency of work front, clearance to avoid any work delays.

- On boarding of contractor activities along with Kick off meeting support .
- Periodic validation for SHE audits for tools used in construction .
- Value engineering during site construction .
- Daily work progress update to clint
- Approval on sign off for suite to site drawing and instructions .
- Providing site work completion certificate as per design consideration .
- preparation of punch list and compliance
Qualifications: B.E. Civil (Post graduation qualification from Nicmar or another institute is preferable but not mandatory)
Experience: 15-25 Years & above of relevant experience.
- Should have completed at least 3 industrial projects end to end during the tenure
- Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Should be willing to relocate to Solapur, as per the project requirements can vary as per future project requirements.
Remunerations: 35-40 Lacs per annum depending upon current CTC & Experience.
