This position reports to:
Project Operations Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions LV division in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the execution of medium-large size projects and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract and technical specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and milestones achievement.
- Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices, ABB policies
- Ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Monitoring and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
- Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.
- Acting as key contact for the customer , escalations point for project issues, building and maintainining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing).
- Experience in electrification market
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management in manufacturing industry (Knowledge of financial concepts and contract management)
- Knowledge of PMI and Project Management Tools, SAP.
- **Advanced English required**
- **Open to travel 60% National and International**
- Valid USA VISA (Preferred)
