Your role at BHSN:
This Project Manager (“PM”) will oversee the design, development, and execution of all mechanisms necessary to ensure the timely and effective delivery of assigned project deliverables. By designing and leading complex projects, the PM will shape the future of delivery for BHSN’s patient population.
What your day might look like:
- Create and execute a detailed plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project on-time and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy
- Define the project’s scope, available resources, and needstodeterminetimelines, responsiblepartiesand financial commitment
- Maintain the project plan while creating accountability and deliverables for responsible parties
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the project’s progress against the project plan, key deliverables, and quality measures, ensuring that all required mechanisms are in place to support data needs
- Creates, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators related to the project(s)
- Lead highly visible, complex, and transformative projects and operational initiatives that are of strategic importance to BHSN
- Other duties as assigned to support the timely completion of project activities and timelines
Your skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of (5) years of progressive operational and business management experience. Preferably in a healthcare or human services organization.
- A bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree (or equivalent) in business or health administration, preferred.
- Must possess a valid NYS driver's license acceptable to BHSN insurance and have reliable transportation for local and regional travel.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Teams required.
- Working knowledge of Netsmart MyAvatar, preferred.

Skills Required
