Hey there!
We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.
Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Be the engine that turns partner ambition into live, scaling distribution.

Fever connects millions of people with unforgettable experiences. Within our Growth org, the Distribution team takes those experiences to new audiences through third-party platforms and resellers. Great strategy only matters if it actually ships — and that's your job.

As Project Manager, you'll sit at the center of it all: between our Partner Management teams, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations. You'll translate what each partner needs into a clear distribution plan, then drive it to go-live on time.

What You´ll Do

  • Design and coordinate the end-to-end distribution plan for each partner: which experiences, which channels, what timeline, what outcome.
  • Be the project management hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations — owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate with operational teammates to launch catalogs, unblock issues, and keep integrations on track.
  • Own the pipeline of distribution projects — prioritize by impact vs. effort, track status, keep everyone aligned.
  • Build the repeatable processes and playbooks that make onboarding new partners faster and more scalable.
  • Track project KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Spot risks and bottlenecks early — and drive them to resolution.

Who You Are

  • Engineering background — a must.
  • 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination — ideally in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce.
  • Background in tech-startup environments.
  • Strong organization and stakeholder management: you keep multiple workstreams and teams aligned, influencing without formal authority.
  • Business- and partner-oriented: you grasp what a partner needs and turn it into an actionable plan.
  • Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational teams — and translating between them.
  • Process-driven, data-comfortable (KPIs to prioritize and track work).
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with distribution/trade partners/marketplace models, hands-on with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion), and experience coordinating technical integrations.

Why You´ll Love it Here

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
  • Home-office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with an international team of talented people to work with!
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • English Lessons
  • We have free food, drinks and fruit at the office!
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
  • Gympass membership

What We Do

Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
