Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic **Project Manager** to join our team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. As a Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader, driving project success through exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering results that exceed client expectations.   • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple phases, including planning, design, execution, and closure, while maintaining transparency with all stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress against established baselines and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement proactive strategies to address challenges and maintain project resilience
  • Manage project scope, changes, and stakeholder expectations through clear communication and documented decision-making processes
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with applicable standards, codes, regulations, and client requirements throughout all project phases
  • Mentor and support the professional development of project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and inclusive collaboration
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including performance monitoring, contract administration, and cost control
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and building strong long-term relationships
  • Support business development initiatives by participating in client engagement activities, proposal development, and market research efforts
  • Analyze project performance data and metrics to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process optimization

Qualifications

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

  • Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 15 years of professional project management experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility in leading complex projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating across organizational functions
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

  • 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related industries
  • 8 years of leadership experience managing project teams or departments
  • Experience with risk management, change management, and scope management methodologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes, permitting requirements, and compliance frameworks relevant to project delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $5 million
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with cost control and vendor management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience working in international or multicultural project environments
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or business intelligence tools
  • Certification in risk management, change management, or related disciplines
