Essential Functions

    • Manages assigned Quality & Safety Reputation Program initiatives and key deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. 

    • Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies to support successful execution of quality, safety, and reputation-related initiatives. 

    • Communicates project status, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. 

    • Serves as the primary liaison between program stakeholders, including hospital quality leaders, service lines, operational teams, executive leadership, and external program organizations. 

    • Coordinates enterprise-wide projects and project data analysis associated with publicly reported programs, including U.S. News & World Report, Leapfrog Hospital Survey, CMS quality programs, and other external performance evaluations. 

    • Plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of assigned quality, safety, reputation, and public reporting projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation. 

    • Leads cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and program requirements. 

    • Coordinates and facilitates training, education, and stakeholder engagement activities related to quality reporting methodologies, program requirements, and performance improvement strategies. 

    • Partners with clinical, operational, quality, and analytics teams to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret performance data for public reporting and reputation programs. 

    • Develops scorecards, reports, and executive presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders at all levels of the organization. 

    • Supports and contributes to analyses to identify emerging trends, forecast performance outcomes, and inform proactive improvement efforts. 

    • Fosters collaborative partnerships across facilities, service lines, departments, and organizational leadership to drive alignment with enterprise quality and safety goals. 

    • Identifies opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data governance practices, project management methodologies, and program effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives. 

Physical Requirements
Will work in office environment. Requires sitting, standing, lifting, supplies and equipment, and operation of a keyboard and computer. Responsibility to work in a safe manner.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
