Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution and ongoing coordination of our new OSA Healthcare Improvement Initiative. This role is the central hub for the program, responsible for ensuring that our PDSA-driven (Plan-Do-Study-Act) screening workflow is successfully implemented across 8 primary care sites.
You will serve as the primary bridge between Wesper leadership, our healthcare-improvement partner, and the participating clinical sites, ensuring all milestones are met and program outcomes are successfully tracked and reported. This is a contract role scheduled for a 1 year project with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time if the project moves into additional initiatives.
This is a remote opportunity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Roadmap Execution: Own the program roadmap (Phases 1–5), ensuring the initiative stays on track from the initial setup and baseline data collection to final scale, sustainment, and readout.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clinical site improvement teams, internal leadership, and our administering partner, ensuring clear, consistent communication of progress, hurdles, and successes.
- Quality Improvement Oversight: Partner with the administering partner to facilitate practice improvement coaching, support weekly PDSA huddles at pilot sites, and maintain alignment across the cross-site learning collaborative.
- Measurement & Reporting: Coordinate the collection and verification of performance data. Oversee the maintenance of run charts and SPC dashboards to track progress against our aim statement and priority measures, ensuring timely and accurate quarterly reporting.
- Deliverable Management: Organize and track program deliverables, including the playbook, training curricula, and patient/staff education materials.
- Operational Readiness: Manage site onboarding documentation, partnership agreements, and HIPAA/data-sharing compliance processes to ensure all sites are prepared to launch screening workflows.
Experience & Skills
- Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-site healthcare projects or quality improvement initiatives.
- Clinical/Quality Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical environments, primary care workflows, and Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies (e.g., PDSA, RE-AIM, run charts).
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex clinical and technical information and translate it into actionable plans for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Accountability-Driven: Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, and meet rigorous milestone-based deadlines.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Educational Background: A degree in healthcare administration, public health, project management, or a related field.
