You as a Project Manager will:  

  • Provide technical engineering guidance to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design requirements

  • Interpret drawings and specifications to support coordinated construction execution

  • Support field issue resolution and collaborate with the Project Superintendent on planning, scheduling, and project delivery

  • Manage document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, agreements) and ensure alignment with contract and estimate documents

  • Coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and Architects to support project success and repeat business

  • Monitor costs, production, and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting, budget adherence, and positive cash flow

  • Lead meetings, contribute to business development opportunities, and provide timely reporting to leadership

  • Support team development through coaching, performance oversight, and succession planning

Is this the right role for you?   

  • You have a construction related degree/diploma, and 10+ years of construction experience

  • Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software

  • Have experience working on complex construction ICI projects 

  • Ability to support the project team and helping to solve construction issues in a time sensitive situations

  • Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance

  • Have thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities vital. 

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills.

  • Have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.

  • The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 CAD
