Conduzir a execução de projetos médios e assegurar que todas as atividades relacionadas sejam executadas de acordo com os procedimentos da empresa, escopo do projeto, recursos humanos e materiais, especificações do contrato, padrões de qualidade, requisitos de saúde, mitigação de riscos, comunicação, segurança e meio ambiente, integração do projeto, metas de custo / rentabilidade e prazos estabelecidos, visando a obtenção dos resultados financeiros e a satisfação dos clientes, contribuindo na perpetuação dos negócios.
Como você causará impacto:
- Liderar a equipe do projeto, distribuindo atividades, motivando e monitorando recursos internos e externos.
- Planejar, monitorar e controlar as atividades do projeto, otimizando recursos e maximizando o cash flow.
- Garantir o cumprimento das melhores práticas, políticas da empresa e padrões de qualidade durante a execução do projeto.
- Gerenciar riscos e oportunidades, capturando e compartilhando lições aprendidas ao longo do projeto.
- Controlar o status financeiro do projeto, incluindo faturamento, custos, despesas e fluxo de caixa.
- Negociar alterações de escopo e buscar vendas adicionais para aumentar margens e reduzir riscos.
- Assegurar a satisfação do cliente, mantendo comunicação efetiva e sendo o ponto focal para todas as partes interessadas.
- Garantir o alinhamento com as políticas de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente da empresa.
- Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.
Requisitos:
- Formação Superior completa preferencialmente em Engenharia.
- Inglês avançado.
- PMP® Certified Project Manager.
- Experiência com projetos de diferentes tamanhos, complexidades e formas de contratos.
- Experiência com projetos da indústria metalmecânica ou transformadores.
- Ferramentas: ERP SAP, MS Project, MS Office, PowerBI.

Skills Required
