Lead Complex Industrial Projects – Step into a Project Manager Role That Drives Real Impact
Join a role where you lead projects from contract to completion while working closely with customers and global teams. Imagine being the central driver ensuring delivery meets technical, financial, and schedule expectations. You will engage across project phases—from sales support to execution—balancing customer relationships and business outcomes. In this role, you directly shape project success within the pulp, energy, and circularity business. This position will be based in Shanghai or Wuxi.
Your responsibilities
- You will lead full project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met while aligning with contractual commitments
- You will act as the main customer contact, building proactive relationships and coordinating communication across internal teams and external partners
- You will manage contracts, changes, and claims, ensuring clarity, compliance, and correct handling of milestones and deliverables
- You will drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while coordinating activities such as procurement, HSE, and documentation
- You will monitor progress, report performance, and ensure safe execution while supporting site activities and warranty delivery
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (pulp & paper, mechanics, energy, or related field)
- 5+ years of project management experience in pulp & paper or process industries
- Strong project management expertise and experience handling complex industrial projects
- You have advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs

Skills Required
