- Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management
- Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
- Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Monitor project progress and help resolve field issues in real time
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management.
- Experience in preparing and tracking subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Experience in attending project meetings and assisting with meeting minutes and follow-ups.
- Ability to monitor project progress effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
- Proficiency with construction management software; experience with Procore is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
