- HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Project manager to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.In this role, the candidate will be tasked with determining project scope, goals, milestones, and short-term objectives for the development team.
- The candidate will also take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval.
- Manage the project scope and timeline effectively, ensuring all aspects stay on track.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule and management plan using Microsoft Project and other tools.
- Create essential project documentation, including the vision statement, project charter, and team charter.
- Apply both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) methodologies as appropriate for each project.
- Design and understand use case, sequence, activity diagrams, and workflows to clarify project requirements.
- Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog management, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Resolve conflicts and remove any obstacles that may impact progress.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to achieve higher Scrum maturity, fostering a productive environment where team members take ownership and enjoy working on the product.
Requirements
- Hands on experience in creating project schedule and project management plan.
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools.
- Must have experience in creating Vision statement document, Project charter and Team charter.
- Should have experience on Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must.
- Must have PMP Certification.
Skills Required
