As a Project Manager, Clinical Programs within the Research and Development department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects for their designated portfolio team. The role ensures that project deliverables are completed on time and on budget, as described in the project plan. You will also communicate and liaise with all levels of staff and management, as well as with consultants, vendors and others as needed to facilitate consensus, consult, negotiate and share information.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes detailed project charter, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables
Executes project plan according to project methodologies, ensures successful and coordinated completion of project components, on time and on budget
Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project.
Reports regularly of project updates and potential risks, and executes appropriate plans to contain them
Works with stakeholders at all levels and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication
Knowledge and Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or Master's with 4-8 years of relevant experience or PhD with 2-5 years of relevant experience
Related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals
Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment
Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and database applications

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$83,700.00 - $125,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
