We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in corporate real estate and project delivery to play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will support the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, helping to drive project success while maintaining robust governance and operational excellence.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a range of project management activities across complex and high-profile programmes. You will provide leadership, governance, and administrative oversight while ensuring effective communication, financial control, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects within a wider programme, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, reporting structures, communication plans, and decision-making processes.
  • Support project planning, execution, consultant and subcontractor coordination, and contractor management activities.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including reports, presentations, proposals, briefing papers, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes and actions.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, variations, invoices, and payment processes in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Maintain effective document management and control systems across internal and client platforms.
  • Participate in site inspections, project handovers, and defect management activities.
  • Support contract administration and collaborate with legal and commercial teams on contract execution processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project administration, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members while ensuring effective workload planning and business continuity. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar field
  • Experience working on corporate real estate projects
  • Understanding of supply chain management activities would be an advantage 
  • Proactive, organized and thorough with a strong work ethic 
  • Work as an effective team member in delivering the project 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication 
  • High IT literacy. Experience of analyzing data and presenting Management Information is an advantage 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Project, and Google tools to include: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

Skills Required
