Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable Project Manager to join our Delivery team.
You will lead end-to-end software integration projects for top global enterprise clients in Capital Markets.
Responsibility will include
- Manage 1–2 complex software delivery projects simultaneously, from scope and requirements gathering to production go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international B2B clients, setting expectations and communicating progress.
- Manage customer delivery schedules, and mitigate risks using standard delivery methodologies.
- Work closely with R&D, Development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- 3+ years of experience managing mission critical software projects end-to-end.
- Must meet at least two of the following:
- Managed teams of 5+ developers.
- Led projects lasting 6+ months.
- Managed project budgets of $1M+.
- Directly managed external clients in EU or North America.
- Proven background in B2B client-facing projects or internal banking enterprise tools (no B2C/mobile apps).
- Technical Background
- Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills and fluent English
Advantage
- FX (Foreign Exchange) experience is a HUGE plus!
- Additional background in Banking, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Algo-Trading is also highly desirable.
Skills Required
- Proven experience managing software projects: timelines, content, requirements
- Some technological background as a Developer or QA
- Experience directly communicating with external customers
- Excellent English
- Experience in the financial industry (FX, Fixed income) and algorithmic trading
- Exposure to a wide range of systems, software and libraries
- Understanding of Linux systems, including log analysis, regular expressions, and process management
